I want to feel inspired. I want to feel like I have potential. I want to feel like this photography is just fun and nothing more. I love seeing great shots from others, but then I get this overwhelming feeling of jealousy. I know I'm not good at this, I'm not terrible...I'm just not good either. Yeah, I'm young, a beginner, rookie....whatever, but is this just another one of my creative phases? I've done music, singing, learning guitar, writing stories, poetry, lyrics, then I tried drawing....then I wanted to be a massage therapist....now I'm on my photography and pet grooming kick. I keep saying,'Well, these people have Canon or Nikon, expensive cameras, plus photoshop." I have a kodak cheapie and no photoshop. I use Kodakgallery.com to edit. That's just excuses though. No, these people just know lighting and timing and have keen eyes for photos....blah. I'll eventually build my confidence and take good pictures. Someday.
